We offer full-service planning for your entire journey, from the day you leave home to the day you return. Our unique services leverage in-depth knowledge of numerous countries, cities, islands, and lands, enabling us to provide special touches and carefully curated approaches that not only meet but exceed your highest expectations.

Sourcing and booking accommodations, transfers and activities
Pricing: Starting at $150
We also provide segmented services and assistance with booking specific aspects of your trip. Whether it's sourcing and booking accommodations, setting up transfers and other travel arrangements, or recommending top activities and organizing them for you, we can customize our services to focus on whatever suits your travel needs
How we work and our operating terms:
Our rates for our travel services are noted above. Additional tasks or project management is $140 per hour and time is billed in 20 minute increments. All new clients must first book a 20 minute consulting session to align on your travel goals. The consulting session cost is a flat rate of $50.
We require a minimum investment to be paid up front of $250.
Once we have received the deposit payment, within five business days we will send a travel project plan with associated costs for your approval. No work will begin until approval is received.
All travel recommendations will be based on our experiences and insights as well as with our travel partners and guides.
Unexpected, unforeseen or unknown circumstances may arise during any trip, so we do recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
